Kathleen L. DiSanto joined Jennis & Bowen in 2010 following the completion of a two-year clerkship to the Honorable Caryl E. Delano, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Middle District of Florida. Ms. DiSanto applies the skills she honed as a law clerk to assist Jennis & Bowen's clients with a wide variety of tasks, including plan formation and confirmation, bankruptcy motion practice, and corporate litigation. Ms. DiSanto is a member of The Florida Bar, Ferguson White Inn of Court, and other professional organizations. Ms. DiSanto received her Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Virginia in 2005, and her Juris Doctorate from Stetson Univesity College of Law in 2008. While at Stetson, Ms. DiSanto served as an intern for the Honorable Judge Alexander L. Paskay, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Middle District of Florida, and participated in various activities including the 2007 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and 2008 Conrad B. Duberstein Moot as a member of the Moot Court Board. In her spare time, Kathleen enjous spending time with her family and serving as the Financial Advisor for the Gamma Phi Beta chapter at Florida Southern College.
