Chad S. Bowen is a founding member of Jennis & Bowen, P.L. Mr. Bowen represents debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees, buyers and sellers in complex corporate bankruptcy transactions, corporate restructurings, out-of-court work-outs, and a variety of similar transactions. Mr. Bowen has used his creativity and negotiating skills to attain positive outcomes for Chapter 11 debtors, borrowers in non-bankruptcy workouts, and parties to large real estate and corporate transactions in complicated bankruptcy cases. Mr. Bowen is AV Peer Review Rated™ by Martindale-Hubbell and Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification.  He has repeatedly been selected as a Florida “Super Lawyer” , is a member of the American Bar Association, the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and other professional organizations. Mr. Bowen received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance, with honors, from the University of Florida, following which he attended the University of Florida College of Law where he was on the editorial staff of the Florida Law Review and received his Juris Doctorate, with honors, in 1997. Chad enjoys a wide variety of sports, including basketball, surfing and tennis, as well as spending time with his family.
