David S. Jennis is a founding member of Jennis & Bowen, P.L. Mr. Jennis, who received his Juris Doctorate, with honors, in 1988 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, focuses his practice in the areas of complex corporate bankruptcy, work-outs, restructuring and reorganizations, and commercial litigation.
